After months of discussions and deliberation, with input from collegiate and alumnae members, chapters, volunteers and staff, and reviewing a proposal from the DEI Working Group, National Council has voted to eliminate preferential treatment of legacies during recruitment and the use of references. Phi Mu encourages all incoming and current students to consider going through recruitment! Letters of recommendation are not required.
