Recognition

Phi Mu was named Chapter of the Year in both 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 at the Greek Awards Ceremony! 

At the 2014-2015 Greek Awards Ceremony, Phi Mu received Outstanding Senior Award, Outstanding New Member Award, Chapter President of the Year, Living Their Ritual Award, and Spirit Award. Phi Mu was also recognized for its Standard of Excellence and named 2015 Greek Week champions! This year, we continued our streak by receiving the 2016 Chapter of Excellence Award at the Greek Week Awards ceremony. On Mercer's campus, we have been awarded Greek Challenge Champions, Chapter of Excellence, and 1st place in the Big Man on Campus competition in 2019. 

Phi Mu participates in all philanthropy events. We have won Alpha Tau Omega's Camp For A Cause 2014 and 2015 which allowed us to give over $7,800 to Children's Miracle Network! in 2015, we also won Pi Kapp's War of the Roses which donated $200 dollars to our philanthropy. 

Phi Mus currently hold many different "Chapter Sweetheart" titles for various fraternities across campus:

At Phi Mu Fraternity's 51st National Convention in July 2010, the Alpha Iota chapter received the Panhellenic Award for our dedication to promoting a positive panhellenic community and supporting other organizations in their endeavors. 

We were also recognized as members of the coveted Philomathean Society for our commitment to excellence.

Phi Mu has proudly supported sisters Kaitlyn McNair, Amy Abel, Lucy Deppen, Melissa Thompson, Maggie Solitario, Allison Booth, and Michelly Pereira as they were named Mercer Homecoming Queen in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2022!

Phi Mu continues to win numerous Mercer Intramural Championships in sports such as Volleyball, Soccer, and Softball! Phi Mu won the 2010-2011 Greek Intramural Cup in honor of our outstanding intramural record.
